DELIVERY OF GOODS
While we will make all efforts to ensure delivery in accordance with our delivery timeframes, we do not guarantee these timeframes due to the possibility of stock unavailability or circumstances outside of our control. Delays will likely occur during heavy sale or promotional periods.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices on the website may update from time to time, however we will honour all prices current at the time your order is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay as methods of payment for online orders.
All payments are processed via secure, third party platforms, and tinadrinks.com does not store any payment details. Tinadrinks.com reserves the right to refuse, place on hold, refund or cancel any orders we deem to be suspicious. We will endeavour to contact you to resolve these issues.
If, in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase due any quality or fault issues, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of receiving your item at email@example.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue with you. Tina Drinks does not accept change of mind returns under any circumstances.
CREDITS & CANCELLATIONS
If an item is out of stock, we will credit you directly to the payment method use for purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for a credit to be processed and up to 5 business days for the funds to settle in your account. For any issues reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reasonably allow amendments or cancellations to orders where they have not already been dispatched with our delivery partners. Please contact us ASAP with your requests at email@example.com.
