Three films you should see at Sydney Film Festival this year
04.06.2025
We asked Sydney writer Neilesh Verma to recommend three films you should see at SFF this year. Here are his recommendations:
Invention - A mysterious and comical American docufiction shot on Super 16mm, set around the themes of ultra-new age medicine.
Farming The Revolution - Immersive documentary shot in Northern India, capturing a mass protest of 12 million farmers who challenge the Indian government
My Father’s Shadow - Two young boys explore Lagos with their estranged father during the 1993 Nigerian election crisis.
This year we partnered with Sydney Film Festival, to bring T.I.N.A to the hub bar at Sydney Town Hall. Let us know if you see us there. Check out the Hub program for info on talks, parties and happy hour specials.
